According to the Vietnamese media reported recently, as the economy recovers, Vietnam's industries such as rubber, plastic, are showing strong momentum of development, and a complete set of chemical machinery equipment manufacturing industry is also a key industry supported by Vietnam. Vietnamese authorities hope to strengthen exchanges with China Chemical machinery industry in all forms, build cooperation platform for businesses of both countries.

In recent years, Vietnam's chemical machinery manufacturing industry output value of the average annual growth rate of more than 19%, but large-scale companies are few and distribution is more dispersed, and its self-sufficiency rate of chemical machinery and equipment is less than 50%. While China's chemical machinery equipment quality and science and technology content is higher, price moderate, very accord with the Vietnam national conditions and actual needs of the enterprise. According to the China-ASEAN expo secretariat said, as the China – Asean free trade area started, China's chemical and mechanical equipment industry exports to Vietnam and other Asean countries advantages will be further expanded. Chinese related enterprises should seize the opportunity, formulate the corresponding market development strategy, and gain more market sharing.
